This light is very bright. I think this is the first high quality headlamp I have invested in, and there is definitely a difference here. The red light and white light features are both great, and the battery life is in line with what has been posted.

I’m a very avid backpack hunter and spend over 170 days on the backcountry hunting. Took this on a 7 day trip. It held up great. It’s easy to use and the different options on brightness is perfect. I carried 4 CR123A batteries for back up. It did eat through the standard rechargeable battery it came with in about an hour and a half. Once tossed a Streamlight battery in there I didn’t replace it the rest of the trip. Now know when hiking at night we run the lowest power on headlamps. Overall it’s a solid choice. Only time will tell on durability.
