The Sightward S800 can be used on most firearms using a Glock or Picatinny (mi- -std-1913) type rail. The Glock adapter labeled GL is already installed (compatible with most Glock handguns) and a Picatiny (mil- -std-191 3) adapter included in the packaging. For frearms using Picatinny (mil- -std- -1913) rails, the user needs to replace the GL adapter with the included 1913 adapter using the screws and socket head wrench provided in the package.

No, the head of Lumentac Sightward S800 is fixed in place and is not meant to be removed. Note: removing or attempting to remove a fixed illumination tool head will VOID YOUR WARRANTY.
