Very bright and lights up the entire area. I’m a tow truck operator and need light at night to do my job. It does have some heft but it’s very rugged and well built. My only complaint it that the beam isn’t wide and is more focused but it still lights up the area well.

Of course the next makes the best flashlights. I honestly never expected this headlamp to be as durable and amazing as it is. It is so bright, that the neighbor’s rooster started crowing at 2:00 a.m. when I tried it out to look up in the trees in the back. It has so many modes, that there is one to fit every single need that I could possibly imagine. I live in the city and I have property in the woods. I carry it in my daily go bag and it goes everywhere I go, what a great headlamp.
